Terms and Conditions

Return Policy

We take great pride in our products.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund for the value of the merchandise or an exchange. All items must be returned for a refund to be issued. Refunds are issued in the amount of the product price.

Please be aware that we are only able to accept returns for orders placed through and fulfilled by the Undercare website.  Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that was used for payment.  If you purchased or ordered any of our products through another retailer, we suggest contacting that particular retailer for return information.  Refunds are not available unless there is coordinating purchase history.  Product samples and free promotional products are not eligible for refund.

Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx.  Those shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend getting a tracking number for your shipment as we are not liable for packages lost in transit.

 

By Telephone:

Call Undercare at 917-746-2330.  We will charge you for replacement merchandise and we will cover the cost of standard shipping for your exchange.  Upon receipt of your return, we will credit you for the cost of the returned items.

By Mail:

Place the items and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package.   This form is included with every package.   If your Return/Exchange Form is unavailable or you cannot locate it, please download a new form.  Please allow one to four weeks for your return to be processed.  Any refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible upon our receipt of the returned item.

Defective or Wrong Item Received

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 30 days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received.  If we are not contacted within the 30-day period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement.

 

Terms and Conditions

You are personally liable for any orders that you place by telephone with Undercare, Inc.  or any Undercare, Inc. owned or sponsored website, including www.undercare.com.  We currently accept the following methods of payment via telephone or website:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards.  We accept payment by PayPal.  In addition, you may place an order by mail using either a Personal Check or Money Order.  Please do not send cash.  We do not accept COD orders.  Undercare is in no way responsible for any overdraft fees or other bank charges you may incur as a result of your purchase.  It is your responsibility to retain records of your purchase.

Should any personal information necessary to fulfill your order change after the time your order is placed (such as billing address, shipping address or phone number), it is your responsibility to contact us with updated information.  If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you may be subject to a return shipment fee.  We highly recommend double-checking all information you submit before finalizing your order.

If we are unable to bill you for your order after you have received shipment, and you do not contact us, your account may be sent to a collection agency.  The customer agrees to bear any additional costs associated with collections. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 917-746-2330 for payment instructions if your account has been sent to collections.

Undercare reserves the right to store your personal information given to us in our secure database for business purposes.  If you place an order through the Undercare website, we will require an email address to send order and shipping confirmation.  Your order confirmation will reflect the items ordered and the total amount charged.

Undercare will not charge sales tax for any order.

 

Shipping and Delivery Terms

All deliveries may be shipped from one or more warehouses or fulfillment centers located in the United States.

While we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, we ask our customers to allow one to two weeks for delivery.  It takes time to process and fulfill an order once it is placed into our system.  If after two weeks, you have not reeived your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 917-746-2330.  They will be happy to assist you and update you on the status of your order.

Undercare reserves the right to use any shipping method we deem necessary, although we ship mainly USPS, UPS and FedEx.

 

International Orders

Undercare offers global shipping of our products.

When placing your order, keep in mind that you will be charged in US Dollars.  If you pay by credit card, your charge will be converted to US Dollars by your credit card company at the time that your are charged.  If you intend to send a check or money order, it must be sent in US Dollars.

If you are purchasing an item to be delivered to an international address, your order total may include a flat-rate surcharge in addition to any necessary customs or duty fees and other handling costs. Any additional costs relating to customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer, not Undercare.

A shipping fee is applied to all orders.  All shipping charges are calculated based upon our negotiated rates with shipping providers.

  

Flat Rate Shipping Options

Our shipping prices are flat rate and vary depending on the method you have chosen and any shipping discounts you may have received. Your package arrival date is based on your address, the shipping method selected and the date and time in which you place your order.

 

Standard Ground - $7.00

Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via Standard Ground shipping typically arrive in five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Standard Ground shipping will be delivered via UPS or USPS.

 

UPS Ground - $10.00

Orders placed with UPS Ground shipping are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via UPS Ground typically arrive in three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Not available for orders shipping to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

 

UPS Second Day Air - $14.00

Orders placed with UPS 2 Day shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM (Noon CST) will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with UPS 2 Day shipping Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM (Noon CST), or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Not available for orders shipping to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

 

UPS Next Day Air - $21.00 Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM (Noon CST) will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM (Noon CST), or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Not available for orders shipping to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email that contains all details regarding your shipment including shipping method and tracking number.
